Microwave Brownie

2 Tbs vegetable oil
2 Tbs water
1/2-1 tsp vanilla extract
A dash salt
3 Tbs granulated sugar
2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbs all purpose flour

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a 12 oz coffee mug, mix water, oil, salt, and vanilla Whisk well.
2. Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
3. Microwave for 60-75 seconds: 60 seconds for a molten bottom, 75 for uniformly done. I normally choose 60.
4. Enjoy with a spoon and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Careful, brownie will be hot.

Carmel Brownies

From Mandi Hales...

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c evaporated milk
1/2 c butter,melted
14 oz package of Kraft caramels (50)
1/3 c evaporated milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together dry cake mix, butter, and 1/3 evaporated milk. Press half of this mixture into bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 6 minutes.
2.Melt caramels with 1/3 c evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Set aside. (I just melt this together in the microwave)
3.Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crust. Drizzle caramel over chocolate chips. Spoon or sprinkle the other half of the cake mixture on top. Bake for 16-18 minutes. Refrigerate approximately 30 minutes to set. Cut and serve.

Chocolate-Peanut Butter Mallow Bars

1 pkg devils food cake mix
1/2 cup butter melted
2/3 cup cold milk
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 7oz jet puffed marshmallow cream
1/2 cup salted peanuts
6 squares bakers semi sweet chocolate (chopped) (or I like to use milk choc chips)

mix dry cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup milk until blended, press two thirds on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. bake at 350 for 12-14 min or until center is almost set cool for 3 min. mix peanut butter and remaining milk, spread on to crust. top with spoonfuls of marshmallow cream and remaining cake mixture. sprinkle with nuts and chocolate, press gently into cake mixture. bake for 18 min. cool before cutting into bars.

Homemade Pumkin Pie

cut rhine off of pumpkin or boil with skin for about 14 min. until tender and skin comes off.
1 cup sugar
1.5 tea ground cinnamon
1 t ground cloves
1 t ground allspice
1/2 t ground ginger
1/2 t salt
4 large eggs
3 cups pumpkin glop
1.5 cans of evaporated milk

mix well using a hand blender or mixer, blend pumpkin till smooth. once pumpkin is blended add the rest of the ingredients. blend very well. the pie mix will be very very runny. add to pie crust. bake at 425 for 15 min turn the temp down to 350 bake for 50-60 min until a KNIFE inserted into the center comes out clean.

Pudding Cookies

1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 small pkg instant pudding any flavor
1 large egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
sugar

Preheat oven to 350. in a large bowl mix everything but the sugar. roll the batter into golf ball size balls and place 2 inches apart on a nonstick cookie sheet. flatten the cookies with a fork and sprinkle with sugar. bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Reese's Pieces Bars

1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup Reese's pieces

Preheat oven to 350. in a large bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil. Beat until it forms a soft dough and then add the Reese's pieces. evenly spread mixture in a 9x13 pan and bake for 13-17 minutes or until golden brown.

Wendy's Frosty

3/4 c milk
1/4 c nestle quick drink mix
4 c vanilla ice cream

combine everything in a blender, blend until creamy.

No Bake Cookies

2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cube butter
5 TBL cocoa
3-4 cups quick oatmeal
3 TBL peanut butter
1 tea vanilla

bring to a boil for one min first 4 ingredients. remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients mix well spoon onto wax paper and freeze till firm.

Peanut Butter Balls

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar

mix everything together roll into balls about the size of a golf ball and enjoy!

Chocolate Rice Krispy Treats

1 cup sugar
1 cup white Karol syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6-8 cups rice krispies
1 pkg milk chocolate chips
1 pkg butterscotch chips

mix and heat sugar and syrup till it comes to a boil turn off heat add peanut butter and mix. add rice krispies. put in a greased 9x13 pan press down firmly so they are flat on top let cool completely. melt both chips together on low heat add to cooled rice krispy treats. let topping cool completely then cut and serve.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tea vanilla
1/2 tea almond
1 tea water
2 eggs
4-6 cups flour
2 tea soda
2 tea salt
1 bag milk chocolate chips

mix well the first 7 ingredients. add soda, salt, then add flour slowly. after everything is mixed well add choc. chips. make into a golf ball size. grease cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 min.

I like to do what I call a tester cookie first. I take one cookie and bake it, if the cookie turns out to flat I add more flour.
