Reese's Pieces Bars

1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup Reese's pieces

Preheat oven to 350. in a large bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil. Beat until it forms a soft dough and then add the Reese's pieces. evenly spread mixture in a 9x13 pan and bake for 13-17 minutes or until golden brown.

Pizza Casserole

1 pkg Pennie pasta
1/2 pkg pepperoni
1 jar pizza sauce or more if you like a lot of sauce
2 cups of the pre shredded pizza cheese
mix together put in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 min or till hot in middle

also sausage, olives, and bacon can be added.

Hot Drink

1 can frozen lime aid
1 can frozen orange juice
2 c sugar
2 tea vanilla
2 tea almond extract
20 cups water

mix all together and heat till juices are thawed and drink it as hot as you would like.

Breakfast Casserole

1 container refrigerator croissants
1 lb sausage (cooked and crumbled)
8-10 eggs (cook like you would scrambled eggs)
1- 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese

in a 9x13 cover bottom of pan with croissants, add sausage, eggs and cheese to top. bake as directions on croissant pkg.

Wendy's Frosty

3/4 c milk
1/4 c nestle quick drink mix
4 c vanilla ice cream

combine everything in a blender, blend until creamy.

German Pancakes

8 large eggs beaten
1 1/3 c flour
3/4 c sugar
2 tea vanilla
3/4 tea salt
1 1/3 c milk
3/4 c butter

mix eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk in a bowl. melt butter in a 9x13 pan in oven while it preheats. pour the batter over the melted butter, and bake at 400 for 15 min. top with syrup and powdered sugar.

Chicken Salad

1 c celery (diced)
1 c carrots (grated)
1/4 c onions (diced small)
4 c cooked chicken (diced)
1 tea salt
1 c cool whip
1 c miracle whip
1/4-1/2 cup powdered sugar (or more or less depending on how sweet you like it)
1-2 TBL vanilla
one pkg cooked acini di pepe pasta

mix all together serve as a salad or on a croissant as a sandwich.




Spinach Salad

1 pkg baby spinach
1 head lettuce (chopped up)
1 lb cooked bacon (crumbled)
1/2 lb mushrooms (sliced)
1 lb Swiss cheese (grated)
1 small red onion (sliced thin)

toss all together in a large bowl

dressing
put following ingredients into a blender and blend.
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tea salt
2 TBL dry mustard
2 TBL red onion diced
immediately before serving add 2 tea poppy seeds pour over salad and mix well.

Snicker/Cookie Salad

1 pint butter milk
1 small pkg french vanilla instant pudding
1 reg size cool whip
apples (cut into bite size pieces)
grapes
strawberries (cut up)
pineapple tidbits (drained)
mandarin oranges (drained)
fruit cocktail (I like the very cherry the best)(drained)
or any other fruit you would like to add.
4-5 sinker bars (cut up) (or more if you like lots)

or you can add 3/4 pkg short bread fudge strip cookies (broke up in pieces)

for best results mix butter milk and pudding, put in fridge for 24 hours. mix in cool whip, add fruit. mix well just before serving mix in sinker bars or cookies.

Sugar Cookies

3 c flour
1 egg
3/4 c butter
1 tea baking soda
1c sugar
1/4 c sour cream
1.2 tea salt
3 tea vanilla

cream butter, sugar, and egg. add salt, and soda. sift in flour, add sour cream. chill in fridge for 24 hours for best results or till cool to touch. Roll out, cut and place on cookie sheet. bake at 350 for 9-11 min. let cool and frost.

Homemade Bread

3 TBL yeast
2 tea sugar
1/3 c water
4 c water
1/2 c sugar
2 TBL salt
3 TBL melted shorting
12 cups flour

mix first three ingredients in a separate bowl. In a large bowl add sugar, salt, water, and 1/2 of the flour. mix well and add yeast mix and put in warm place till it looks spongy.
when its spongy beat down and add melted shorting, add rest of flour slowly until firm but soft. mix or need for 10 min. cover let rise till double. Add to tins put in cold oven and let it heat up to 350 bake for 30-35 min.

Al Gratin Potatoes

1 pkg shredded frozen hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1 small onion diced
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tea salt
1 tea pepper

mix everything together except for cheese add to a 9x13 pan and add cheese to top. bake covered 350 for 20-25 min or till done.

No Bake Cookies

2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cube butter
5 TBL cocoa
3-4 cups quick oatmeal
3 TBL peanut butter
1 tea vanilla

bring to a boil for one min first 4 ingredients. remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients mix well spoon onto wax paper and freeze till firm.

Peanut Butter Balls

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar

mix everything together roll into balls about the size of a golf ball and enjoy!

Chicken Enchiladas

2 cups diced and cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1-2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can diced green chilies
1 pkg flour tortillas

Bring to a boil soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese and chilies. take half of sauce and put it to the side to the rest add chicken and mix. grease bottom of a 9x13 dish. add a 1/4 of the mixture you set aside and add it to the bottom and sides of dish. fill tortillas with the chicken mixture about 2 tablespoons full more or less depending what you like. roll up and put in dish. with remaining 1/4 sauce and add to top of rolled tortillas top with some cheese. bake covered at 350 for 20-25 min.

Chocolate Rice Krispy Treats

1 cup sugar
1 cup white Karol syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6-8 cups rice krispies
1 pkg milk chocolate chips
1 pkg butterscotch chips

mix and heat sugar and syrup till it comes to a boil turn off heat add peanut butter and mix. add rice krispies. put in a greased 9x13 pan press down firmly so they are flat on top let cool completely. melt both chips together on low heat add to cooled rice krispy treats. let topping cool completely then cut and serve.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tea vanilla
1/2 tea almond
1 tea water
2 eggs
4-6 cups flour
2 tea soda
2 tea salt
1 bag milk chocolate chips

mix well the first 7 ingredients. add soda, salt, then add flour slowly. after everything is mixed well add choc. chips. make into a golf ball size. grease cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 min.

I like to do what I call a tester cookie first. I take one cookie and bake it, if the cookie turns out to flat I add more flour.

Cookie Salad

1/2 pint butter milk
1 small pkg vanilla pudding
1 regular size cool whip
2-3 apples
1-3 lbs grapes
2 cans fruit cocktail (drained)
1 can pineapple tidbits (drained)
2-3 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
or any fruit you want
1 pkg of shortbread cookies broke up(I like to use the first 2 1/2 -3 sections)

mix butter milk and vanilla pudding (for best results refrigerate those two over night) add cool whip and mix well add fruit. add cookies just before serving.
also instead of cookies add about 4-5 sinker bars cut up add those also just before serving.

Grape Salad

2lbs of each green and red grapes
1 8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup brown sugar
chopped pecans

Mix well together cream cheese, white sugar, and sour cream. fold over grapes top with brown sugar and pecans.

Easest Rolls Ever

3 cups warm water
2 Tbl yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
7 cups flour
1 Tbl salt

Add first three ingredients let rise till double. add butter and flour mix well, add salt, and mix well. flour hands and take dough and roll into balls just a little bigger then a golf ball. Let rise till double, bake at 350 for 15-20 min or until done. also you can add half wheat flour and half white flour.

Bread Sticks

1 Tbl yeast
2 Tbl sugar
1 1/2 cup warm water
3 1/2 cup flour
1 tea salt

add the first three ingredients let rise until double. add flour when all of the flours is mixed in add salt. make slightly sticky. let rise once until double. roll out, cut and twist. add to a greased cookie sheet and season with butter brushed on top, then sprinkled with garlic salt, parsley flakes and parmesan cheese. rise and bake at 400 for 15-20 min

Homemade Chicken Strips

2-3 chicken breasts cut into strips
2-3 sleeves of rits or town house crackers smashed
1 cube butter melted with salt and pepper to taste

dip the cut up chicken in butter coating all sides, then in crackers coating all sides, put on greased (or something so they don't stick) cookie sheet bake 350 for 20-25 min or until chicken is done.

BBQ Sauce

2 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/2-3/4 cup brown sugar (depending how sweet you want it)
2 TBL minced onion

mix all together. pour over and cook with any meat. really good with meat balls and rice.

Beef Strognoff

1 lb ground beef
1/2 green pepper 1/2 red pepper diced
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 container of sour cream (or less depending on your taste)
salt and pepper to taste
milk (if you want it not as thick)
1 pkg of egg noodles.

cooked ground beef with peppers, I also like to do mine with onion and salt and pepper, drain. cook and drain noodles. add soup and sour cream (and milk if desired) to meat. serve over noodles.

Stove Top One-Dish Chicken Bake

1 box Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 frozen pkg. of mixed veggies
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour Cream

cut up and cook chicken, make stuffing as directed on box.
Mix soup and sour cream until well blended add chicken and veggies. Top with stuffing.
cover and bake at 350 for 30-35 min. also buy two box's and add stuffing on bottom. instead of frozen veggies brockley can be added.
